Highly recommend this if you are in umeda. The chewiness of the udon noodle was so mind-blowing that i couldn't get enough of it. And the tempura was really good as well. It compliments well with the udon. I ordered satsumaimo (sweet potato) tempura, and it was really awesome 👍👌. And i highly suggest that you go early, maybe around 15~30 minutes earlier, because the queue was crazy.

Very good taste and very nice little restaurant. Tenpura is really crunchy and tasteful! The soup is rich and the udon perfect! Also the guys working here are very kind and always have such a nice smile! I definitely will go there again (actually I had already been here a few months ago). Worth the visit.

鯛ちくわ天と温泉卵の冷たいうどんを頂いた。鯛ちくわ天がちくわそのものの旨味が濃厚で、かつ天ぷらも揚げたてで、これだけでも美味。うどんももちもちのコシのあるうどん。ただ一点、うどんに温泉卵が好みでない。メニューを改めて見て驚いた。生醤油うどん700円、鯛ちくわ天160円総額860円、対する鯛ちくわ天と温泉卵のうどんが800円。。。

Wanted to visit but was under renovation last month
A little story from a previous visit 🎵Arrived at the shop open at 12:00, 12:05. I could easily sit at the counter, but it was full at 12:13, 8 minutes later! ️It was so popular that I've been waiting for it ever since.The order was the most popular cold udon noodles, "Taibu Chikuwa Tempura and Hot Spring Egg Bukkake" + Large squid rice ❗Delicious~♥️Udon is chewy and fragrant, and the bukkake soup is dark in color, but it was gentle and I drank all at the end (^ ^)Of course, sea bream chikuwa is also the best 🎵The delicious rice was delicious and I was able to finish it lightly ✨Next time, let's go eat hot Udon and Inari sushi ⤴
The tempura and beef Udon was amazing. The noodles are incredibly soft and chewy.

It is a famous Sanuki udon shop located between Umeda and Nakazakicho.Sea bream chikuwa heaven and hot spring egg bukkake (cold udon) I got 800 yen.Udon is thick and chewy and firm, so I think it's best to have each one smooth.I especially liked the udon soup. Rich and flavorful, seasoned green onions, ginger, white sesame, lemon, warm sesame, and a little spicy red pepper on the table to stir and stir it to make a delicious soup. Enjoy this one-boiled udon noodle.And in between is the sea bream Chikuwa heaven. I will serve udon without side dish. The sea bream chikuwa heaven has a lighter amount of clothes and oil, and is crispy, and the taste is also refined.Thank you for the meal.
I went to the shop about 10 minutes walk from Umeda and heard that it was delicious!All the staff were cheerful and cheerful, so that's why I knew this shop was so popular!The noodles were crunchy but easy to eat, the eggs seemed to melt, and the meat was sweet, so everything was good matching☆I also go to eat other menus (⌒▽⌒)
Great udon with tasty tempura. Probably the best udon I've had in Japan. If you like thick udon you should give it a try.
